Richie’s Original has a unique fresh and savory flavor. It has just enough tang to add a delicious kick to any dish, but not so hot you can’t enjoy what you’re eating.
Although it is bold and flavorful, it is also a versitile sauce that can be used on a variety of meats, vegetables, and even as a dipping sauce.
Hand crafted and made in small batches to ensure quality, the sauce is made with fresh vegetables and cooked for many hours to honor the authentic cooking methods Willie Mae used herself.
Our Story
Richard shared his secret recipe with his close friend and God given brother in May of 2019 with the hope of getting the sauce on the market. The pandemic hampered our efforts for a few years but we persevered. Richard promised his mother Willie Mae that he would get the sauce on the market. This is the fulfilment of that promise.
Richard loves living the good life in Florida, away from the cold with plenty of time for fishing.
When Richard went to Florida he wanted to make sure his friends could still enjoy his BBQ so he trusted Dan to step in as the pit master.

Richard wanted to ensure that the memory of his mother Willie Mae and father Roque was honored by our efforts.
To that end, 33% of profits will be used to establish The Willie Mae Coleman foundation as a charitable organization promoting responsible philanthropy in the community.
